  • 12 large jalapenos
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • bacon optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set aside.
  • Cut the tops off of the jalapenos and remove the seeds and membranes. Be sure to wear gloves to protect your hands from the heat of the peppers.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, red onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture, using a small spoon or a pastry bag fitted with a large round tip.
  • If desired, wrap each jalapeno with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  • Place the stuffed jalapenos on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bacon is crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve as a snack or appetizer with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well to fully incorporate all ingredients.
  • Shape the mixture into about 20-25 meatballs.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Pour the sauce into a slow cooker. Add the meatballs, making sure they are evenly distributed and covered in sauce.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and tender.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water. Stir the mixture into the slow cooker.

  • Blue Chees dressing and/or Ranch for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
