Buffalo Wings

The perfect crowd-pleasing recipe for your next gathering. Whether your hosting a sporting event party or a birthday celebration, these wings are sure to be the star!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings – flats and drumsticks
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank's RedHot works perfectly)
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Blue Chees dressing and/or Ranch for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  • Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture.
  • Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the hot sauce, vinegar, and honey and stir until well combined.
  • Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss until the wings are evenly coated.
  • Serve the wings immediately with blue cheese dressing on the side, if desired. Enjoy!
