Fresh Homemade Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 vine-ripe tomatoes

- 2 limes

- 2 green onions chopped
- salt to taste
Instructions

- Dice the red onion and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes.
- Cut the jalapenos in half, remove the seeds, and finely chop the jalapenos. Add them to the bowl.
- Chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl.
- Slice the green onions and add them to the bowl.
- Cut the limes in half and squeeze the juice from both halves into the bowl.
- Season the salsa with salt to taste. Stir everything together until well combined.
- Allow the salsa to sit for about 10 minutes so the flavors can meld together.
- Taste the salsa and adjust the salt, lime, and heat level to your liking.
