Welcome to my kitchen
I’m a 9-5 working mom like many of you. I’m struggling to balance the working life, the mom life, and live that healthy life. I don’t always get it right but I one thing I don’t do, is give up!
I love to cook, try new recipes and reinvigorate the old ones.
Now that my son is getting older, it’s even more fun sharing one of my all-time favorite things to do with him. I approach cooking with an emphasis on family meals and the tastiest ways to eat healthy together.
There’s a lot of blogs out there. So what’s so different here? First, these are easy to follow, everyday meals, for everyday busy people. Likely you’ll find the ingredients to these delicious dishes already in your pantry. It’s that simple!
And second, if I’ve made a recommendation on a product, it’s because I use it myself and find value that I believe others will appreciate.
I hope you enjoy navigating through this site and trying out my recipes as much as I enjoy sharing them.
Community
Food has a special ability to bring people together. I often find this in my own life, and I hope you will find that this online community feels just as welcoming as a real kitchen. For me, cooking together builds the best communities!
Share your thoughts on these dishes and any comments your family had about them. Let’s get cooking together!
